…Todd started as a licensed home inspector and soon discovered the challenging and dynamic business of HUD Consulting. Todd became the first licensed home inspector in Oklahoma to begin teaching certified continuing education to real estate agents that includes two hours of continuing education credit on the topic of 203k renovations.
When Todd started in the business, he found that the most challenging part of the business was finding a software company that offered an to easy-to-use system for completing projects and obtaining answers to questions concerning the 203k paperwork that didn’t include additional fees for providing “how to” solutions to problems.

Robert is an independent property inspector and the owner of Home-Spec Home Inspection Services with more than 20 years of experience in the areas of property inspection and construction. Robert has been an inspector since 1996 and Home-Spec Home Inspection Service has been open since the year 2000.
Robert performs full structural and mechanical property inspections for potential buyers and sellers of residential and commercial properties. Robert has conducted various inspections for different lenders, banks, homebuyer associations and insurance companies and provides full work write-ups, cost estimations, draw request, contract review and selection, and property surveys. He also participates in home inspection and home maintenance classes for first-time homebuyers.
As a HUD 203k Consultant and Draw Inspector, Robert engages in housing rehabilitation activities, providing technical services such as inspections, specifications of repairs, bidding and monitoring renovation improvement, preparing draw requests for payment for the projects residential and commercial properties with budgets ranging from $5,000 to $3 million.
Robert has held positions as a Construction/ Risk Assessment Specialist, Property Inspector, Housing Specialist Consultant, Housing Specialist, Rehab Specialist and Home Inspector. Bill Billings has been a professional in the Construction Industry since 1971. Twelve years ago, Bill obtained his General Contracting license and became the Owner of a local construction company in South Florida. John is an experienced inspector of over 26 years. He has experience in traditional inspections as well as being a certified 203(k) Consultant. He has previously worked for a national 203(k) trainer, and has completed many new construction and renovation projects.
Certified Living Inspections, LLC began as an answer to a hole that John, Owner and CEO, saw in the process of buying investment properties. Rehabbing homes was becoming a more popular option for many people. John was seeing that some first time investors were getting in over their heads by not seeing the house for what it was, but only for what it could be.
John has used his own software to produce Work Write-ups and the related documents that are needed for renovation loan types for several years. After reviewing the many different programs that are available on the market today, John made the decision to use Renovation Lending Software (RLS). That decision was based on how the final product appeared and the user support provided by Steve Harvey and his team, which has been outstanding.

Paul Janaitis is a HUD approved 203(k) loan consultant and Residential Property Developer who has been working in the Tri-State area for over 20 years. Beginning his career as a Carpenter, Paul has hands on experience with the construction process at every phase. Working his way up through several companies as a Project Manager, Paul has managed all the various trades to complete both new construction and total rehabs.
In 2008, at the end of the housing bubble, Paul opened his own construction company and was added to the HUD approved consultant list. Since then, Paul has continued to develop his own properties for resale, as well as Contract for many FHA 203(k) and FNME Homestyle renovation loans. Paul has consulted on over One Thousand Construction projects, and continues to offer his resources to Investment Groups, Real Estate offices, and Mortgage lenders in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.
Paul has been consulting for over 16 years now. Before RLS, he was running on an excel spreadsheet. Paul was doing a decent amount of volume but needed help keeping up.
